Terms and conditions of enrolment

The following conditions apply to all students irrespective of their mode of study:


1. Payment can be made by credit/debit card, direct bank transfer or UK bank cheque. Please make cheques payable to the London School of Communication and Management. If you choose to pay by cheque, this and the enrolment form must be received by us 2 weeks before the start of the course. Credit/Debit card applications to be received one week before your chosen course commences.


2. Where the fee has been paid in full, a refund less the deposit can be made, provided written notice is received by the School at least two weeks prior to the start date of the course. In other words, once the unconditional offer is made, deposit cannot be refunded.


3.In case of overseas student, fees can be refunded only on the ground of visa refusal.


4.A charge of £50 will be made to students for all dishonoured payments. The School reserves the right to report offenders to their professional body.


5.The School reserves the right to dismiss any student at any time for behaviour which is deemed to be unprofessional, inappropriate or disruptive to other students. No fees will be refundable for any student dismissed under this section.


6.The School reserves the right to inform the appropriate authorities where a student has been dismissed from the College under point 4.


7.Course fees do not include the provision of study materials.


8.All information and prices provided on School website, on enrolment forms and through other promotional channels is believed to be correct at the time of printing but is subject to change at the discretion of the School and as such, students are always advised to contact the School for up-to-date information. The School shall not be liable to inconvenience caused by latest change.


9.The School reserves the right to change any aspect of a course including availability of the course, course dates, curriculum, tutors and study material without any prior notice.


10.All course fees quoted by the School exclude amounts payable to the professional or relevant body for student registration, exemptions, graduation certificates and examination entries.


11.It is the student's responsibility to register with the appropriate examination body and to enter all relevant examinations and to be in good standing with that body.


12.Students must be at least 16 years old to study at the School.


13.Fees are published separately for each term and are payable by all students studying at the time unless they have paid full fees prior to the publication of the new fees. Paying a deposit does not prevent any fee increase being applied.


14.Students are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a manner which demonstrates respect for hoolnd its staff, fellow students and property. Breaches of the student code of conduct can amount to gross misconduct, which may lead to expulsion of study. No refunds will be paid by LSCM where a student has been expelled.


15.Please note that School Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.


16.Students sponsored by employers will need to provide a letter prior to course commencement from their employer confirming the employer's acceptance to pay on the student's behalf. Invoices must be settled within 14 days of course commencement. The sponsoring employer is fully responsible for the payment of amounts due to the School in all circumstances, including termination of employment.
